About Your Coach

Movement of the human body has been Jennifer’s study for over thirty years. She has a B.F.A. in Dance with an emphasis on Anatomy/Kinesiology and is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Jennifer is certified as a triathlon coach through USA Triathlon, a bike fit specialist through LeMond, a US Cycling Coach, and a Red Cross Swim Coach. With over twenty-five years of racing and coaching behind her, Jennifer is now a mother of two, a top age group athlete, and an admired & respected coach for events of all distances.

Our History

Years ago, when she was teaching professional-level dancers at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Jennifer learned that she had a natural ability to coach others to reach the peak of their skill and talent. Part motivator, part psychologist, and a fellow dancer with a keen eye for detail, she quickly earned the respect of some of the best dancers & instructors in the industry. It generated a craving within that could not be denied even after she left the performing arts. This craving is now satisfied through athletic coaching and personal training.

“It is my goal to make a difference in people's physical and mental well-being and to help them achieve new and great things in their lives. I am so grateful to be a part of my clients’ accomplishments. I may help motivate them, but they, in turn, inspire me.”
