Triathlon Coaching Services

Coach Hampson offers internet triathlon coaching services for $140 per month, which includes a free consultation in which we cover your health history, your previous experiences in triathlon, your strengths, your challenges & your goals. Also included is a one-on-one form assessment in each of the three sports, which enables her to determine what specific drills & exercises should be assigned within each regimen (long distance clients may submit video footage for assessment). Weekly plans are communicated via the internet & communication with your coach is unlimited via email & telephone whenever needed.

Semi-private Triathlon Coaching services are offered for $170 per month ($85 each). Both athletes use the same plan & therefore must be on the same ability level & working toward the same goal(s).
