Personal Training Services
The following rates apply to in-home or field services. I am available as an independent contractor through two local gyms. Should we need to utilize their facilities for training sessions, gym rates do apply. Semi-private and small group training must be with a person (or people) whose level of ability & goals are generally the same as yours.
